How to Take a Course on the Learning Platform

This guide walks you through the entire process of taking a course — from accessing your lessons to downloading your certificate at the end.

Finding Your Courses

1. Log in at tungspoints.com/login
2. Go to My Courses (from the top menu or left sidebar)
3. You'll see a list of all the courses you're enrolled in
4. Click on a course to access it

The Course Overview PageWhen you open a course, you'll see:

• Your progress — a marker showing how far you've gotten
• Downloadable materials — worksheet questions and other PDFs (if available for that course)
• Table of contents — a list of videos with topics covered in each
• Direct links to videos — you can click any of these to jump straight to a lesson

Click on any video to begin.

Watching LessonsWhen you start a lesson, the platform switches to a focused learning view. Here's what you'll find:

• The video — watch, pause, rewind, take notes at your own pace
• Topics included — a list of what's covered in this video
• Chapters button (on the side) — click this to jump directly to any topic within the video; the chapter numbers match the topics list

You can revisit any video as many times as you want, as long as you have access to the course.

Marking Lessons CompleteThis is important! When you finish a lesson, you'll see two buttons:
ButtonWhat it doesMark CompleteRecords your progress AND moves you to the next lessonNext LessonMoves you forward, but does NOT record your progressYou must click "Mark Complete" on every lesson to:

• Track your progress accurately
• Unlock your CEU certificate at the end

If you accidentally clicked "Next Lesson" instead, just go back to that lesson and click "Mark Complete."
Tip: Watch the progress indicator at the top (e.g., "10% Complete") to confirm your lessons are being recorded.

Navigating the CourseYou can move around the course freely:

• Use the left sidebar to access any video or quiz
• Jump ahead or go back anytime
• Revisit lessons as often as you like

Just remember: each lesson needs to be marked complete at least once.

Taking the Final QuizAt the end of the course, there's a final quiz.

• You need to score above a certain percentage to earn your certificate
• You can retake the quiz as many times as you need — so don't stress if you don't pass on the first try

Completing the Evaluation FormAfter the quiz, you'll be asked to fill out a short evaluation form. This is required by some licensing boards for CEU credit.

• Answer the feedback questions
• Write something in the Additional Comments field — it's required
• Click Finish

Downloading Your CertificateOnce you've:

• Marked all lessons complete
• Passed the final quiz
• Submitted the evaluation form

You'll be able to download your certificate:

1. Click "Click here to continue" (or go to My Courses)
2. Find the course you completed
3. Click Download Certificate
