I Just Purchased — How Do I Access My Course?

Welcome! Here's everything you need to know about accessing your course right after purchase.

New to the platform?If you just purchased a course, you may not have set a password yet. Check your email for a link to create your password, or use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page to set one now. See: I Just Purchased — How Do I Access My Course?
Accessing Your Course ImmediatelyRight after you complete your purchase, you'll see a "Start This Course" link. Click it and you're in — you're already logged in and can begin learning right away.

Setting Up Your Password for Future AccessHere's the important part: you don't have a password yet.
You're logged in right now, but if you log out, switch to a different computer, or come back later, you'll need a password to get back in.
Check your email — you should receive an email with a link to set your password. Here's what to do:

1. Open the email and click "Click here to set your new password"
2. Enter a password of your choosing
3. Click Save
4. You'll now be able to log in anytime at tungspoints.com/login using your email (or username from the email) and your new password

Tip: Do this now while you're thinking about it, so you don't get locked out later!

Didn't Get the Password Email?If you don't see the email:

• Check your spam or junk folder
• Search for "Tung's Points" or "password" in your inbox
• Make sure you're checking the same email you used to purchase

If you still can't find it, no problem — just use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to request a new one.

Finding Your Course LaterOnce you're logged in, here's how to get back to your course:

1. Click Login at the top of the site (if you're not already logged in)
2. Enter your email (or username) and password
3. You'll land on the My Account page
4. Click My Courses — either from the menu at the top or on the left side
5. Select your course and continue where you left off

Your License Type and CEU CertificatesDuring checkout, you may have been asked for your acupuncture license type and license number. This is used to generate your CEU certificate when you complete the course.
We currently offer CEU certificates for:

• NCCAOM
• California Acupuncture Board

If you didn't enter this information during purchase, or entered the wrong info, don't worry — you can change it anytime in your Account Details. See: How Do I Download a Certificate for a Different Certification Body?
