How Do I Download a Certificate for a Different Certification Body?

Your CEU certificate is issued based on the license type selected in your account. If you need a certificate for a different certification body — for example, if you hold multiple certifications, or you made a mistake when you first signed up — you can change this setting and download a new certificate.

Steps to Change Your Certification Body and Download a New Certificate

1. Log in at tungspoints.com/login
2. Go to My Account
3. Click Account Details on the left side
4. Scroll down to find the License Type field
5. Change it to the certification body you need:
   
   • NCCAOM
   • California Acupuncture Board
   • Other or None (for a generic certificate)
6. Update your License Number if needed
7. Click Save Changes
8. Go to My Courses
9. Click to download (regenerate) your certificate — it will now reflect your new selection

Can I Download Certificates for Multiple Certification Bodies?Yes! You're free to download as many certificates as are applicable to you. Just repeat the process:

1. Set your License Type to your first certification body → Download certificate
2. Set your License Type to your second certification body → Download certificate
3. And so on

Each time you download, the certificate will reflect your current License Type setting.

What Is the Generic Certificate?If you select Other or None as your License Type, you'll receive a generic Certificate of Accomplishment. This version does not include CEUs, but it documents that you completed the course. Some people find this useful for their own records.
