How Do I Get My CEU Certificate?

Once you've completed a course, you can download your CEU certificate right from your account.

Steps to Download Your Certificate

1. Log in at tungspoints.com/login
2. Go to My Courses
3. Find the course you completed
4. Click the link to download your certificate

Your certificate will open as a PDF — either in a new browser tab or it will download directly to your computer, depending on your browser settings.
To save the PDF:

• If it opens in a new tab, go to File → Save, or look for a download button in your browser
• You can also print it directly from there

Which Certification Body Is On My Certificate?Your certificate is issued based on the license type selected in your account. We currently offer certificates for:

• NCCAOM
• California Acupuncture Board
• Generic Certificate of Accomplishment (no CEUs, but documents your completion)

We may add more certification bodies in the future.

Don't See a Download Option?If you don't see a certificate available for a completed course:

• Make sure you've completed all required sections — Some courses require you to finish every lesson or pass a quiz before the certificate unlocks
• Try refreshing the page — Occasionally the system needs a moment to register your completion
• Check that you're logged into the correct account — Use the same email you purchased with
